How do I make a booking?
All booking is done through our website. Fill in your contact details and address, and describe the problem. We will then call you back when we confirm your appointment.
How quickly can I get confirmation?
For most locations in Klang Valley, you will get confirmation in 1 hour or less. If it takes a bit longer, we will email you once your booking is confirmed. After the inspection, our technician will quote you a price for the repair before proceeding. If you don't wish to proceed, a transport fee of RM50 is chargeable. If you proceed, that fee is waived.
What happens if the servicing is not satisfactory?
Let us know within 14 days and we will arrange to do a re-service.
