How many cleaners will I get if I make a booking?
Our standard arrangement is to send two cleaners for each session. You just need to choose how long you want the cleaning session each time. For example, we recommend 1 hour * 2 cleaners for small studio units, or 2 hours * 2 cleaners for an apartment, 3 hours * 2 cleaners for terrace house, and 4 hours * 2 cleaners for larger house. The price will update in the form.
How quickly can I get confirmation?
For most locations in Klang Valley, you will get confirmation in 30 seconds or less. If it takes a bit longer, we will email you once your booking is confirmed.
What happens if the servicing is not satisfactory?
Let us know within 30 days and we will arrange to do a re-service.
Does the service include cleaning tools? E.g. mop, broom, cloth, chemicals, etc
We can provide this at additional charge. Just indicate in the form. But, to enjoy more savings, we recommend that you supply your own cleaning tools for our cleaner, especially if you want them to clean on a regular basis.
Can I get the same cleaner to come again next session?
We will always aim to allocate the same cleaner to your house for future sessions, but it can't be guaranteed for ad-hoc arrangement. But, if you buy our regular cleaning package (e.g. 4 sessions or 8 session package), then it will be much more likely for us to assign the same cleaner every time.
What do I do if I need the cleaner to stay for an additional hour?
Depending on their schedule, it may not be possible as they need to be at another house immediately after cleaning yours. But, if their schedule allows it, each cleaner can stay for additional RM30 per extra hour. Please contact our customer service if this is needed.
