  4. Free installation is only applicable to premises located not more than 30km from the store purchased. For installation location that is more than 30km, a surcharge of RM3/km will be imposed to the customer
  5. Water heater installation and dismantling service includes the following:
    - Dismantling of old water heater
    - Installation of new Panasonic water heater
    - Testing and commissioning
    - Installation of switch, wiring, casing and flexible hose are chargeable
  6. Electric bidet installation service includes the following:
    - Installation surface wiring with casing up to 5m (16ft)
    - Installation of waterproof socket  
    - Detaching original toilet seat
    - Installation Panasonic electric bidet and connect to water hose
    - Testing and commissioning
  7. Additional charges applicable for scope that are different from the above. Indicative prices below:
    - Supply and install electrical switch/ plug from DB up to 35ft (for water heater): RM250
    - Installation of surface wiring with casing: RM15/ft
    - Drilling and skimming of hole: RM25/hole
    - Hacking and skimming of wall: RM20/ft
    - Flexible hose: RM35
